Coastal ICF Construction Services Inc. is one of the most experienced Florida construction companies to utilize the ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction methods. We have completed many ICF projects both residential and commercial in the last ten years throughout the state of Florida. We self-perform all of our ICF, framing, both metal and wood, sheetrock, tile and ceramic scopes with our own employees.  We also own all the equipment required to produce these scopes which insures our excellent level of quality on each and every project. Our supervision of the process in the critical phases produces exactly what the clients expect and desire.

Coastal ICF Construction Services Inc. also provides consulting services in the areas of highly energy efficient and solar electrical powered structures. We have been utilizing the solar component for several years in our projects. As more and more municipalities in the area start placing requirement for energy sustainable structures in their city charters we believe we can demonstrate what the solar in conjunction with ICF can do to provide for a zero utility cost structure. ICF construction methods along with how we insulate a building can provide immediate cost benefits and long term life cycle energy cost reductions.  We can also provide information on investment tax credits to owners.  

On 10/10/18, major Hurricane Michael made a direct hit landfall in Mexico Beach, Florida with sustained winds of 158 mph and wind gusts over 200 mph. This house which became known as “The Miracle House” was designed with our consultation and built by our company.
